How early should I start promoting?
At least 90 days before your Summit. Use the 90-60-30-7 model.
What if I don’t have a marketing team?
Start small. Invite 2–3 people to help. Even a few volunteers can make a big impact.
Can I customize the materials?
You can add your local contact information (if applicable), personal messages or other things which will aid your promotional efforts, while remaining true to the GLS and GLN brands.
Where do I find the resources?
All official marketing materials are on MediaHub and theHub. Use your login to download.
Are there any restrictions when it pertains to speakers or faculty?
Yes. Our speaker agreements govern that only the approved speaker assets (images, biographies, quotes, etc.) can be used in marketing efforts. Additionally, although you can tag a speaker in local social posts, we are not permitted to make a collaboration request with them. These are governed by the agreements in place with them.
